YWYG Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates Runway Heroes (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Runway Heroes does not require account creation or login. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable contact information. The App may collect the following types of data:
Advertising Identifiers: With your consent, we may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads through Google AdMob.
Purchase History: When you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We receive confirmation of the purchase but do not have access to your payment details or credit card information.
Device Information: We may collect basic device data such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs to improve app performance.
Third-Party Services:
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

Advertising and Tracking:
We use Google AdMob to display optional rewarded advertisements. Before collecting your advertising identifier, the App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You may decline, and the App will continue to function normally. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
GDPR Compliance (European Users):
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the App will present a consent dialog on first launch, powered by Google's User Messaging Platform, allowing you to choose whether to consent to personalized advertising and data collection. California Privacy Rights (CCPA):
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and whether it is sold or disclosed. We do not sell personal information. The only data collected is described in this policy and is used solely for advertising and app functionality purposes.
Children's Privacy:
Runway Heroes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data Retention:
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not store personal data on external servers.
Data Sharing:
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Apple) is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your Rights:
You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device. You may also reset your advertising identifier through Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
Changes to This Policy:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
